Welcome to my broodmare band. Here at SLR I have a good mix of cow, run, working, pleasure and halter breeding. To bring new bloodlines into my breeding program and Alberta I have purchase mares bred in the USA.
I have registered APHA, AQHA, Draft Horse and Quarter Pony Mares. When breeding I believe that the foundation for every good horse is found in the quality of the stock that it comes from using proven bloodlines. It takes a quality broodmare to produce the type of quality foal that people are looking for.
SLR Paints and Quarter Horse broodmares have been selected for their quality first, with proven working pedigrees, excellent confirmation, good minds and a splash of color for the icing on the cake.
